How do we use and treat your data?

 

  1. Technically required data

If you visit this website without transmitting data to us (e.g. by registering or using the inquiry or contact form), only technically necessary data is collected, i.e. IP address, date and time of the inquiry, browser type and operating system). This data is automatically transmitted to our server. The collection and processing of this data is carried out anonymously without personal reference.

  1. Collecting and storage of personal data

Personal information is only collected if you provide us with this information voluntarily, for example in the context of an inquiry or registration. The processing of such an inquiry or registration is a “legitimate interest” on our part; the legal basis for this type of data collection is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f EU-DSGVO.

You can request information about your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time. Requests for information must be submitted in writing with proof of identity. You also have the right to demand the deletion or correction of your stored data at any time.

According to law, certain data must be kept for a certain period of time; therefore, it must remain stored with us until the expiry of this period. This data is blocked in our system and is only kept to comply with legal requirements.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority at any time.

To protect your data stored by us from manipulation, partial or complete loss and unauthorized access by third parties, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures. These measures are continuously adapted in line with technological developments.

We also attach great importance to our own internal data protection, in that our employees and the service companies we commission are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the provisions of data protection law. They are only granted access to personal data to the extent necessary.

We would like to point out, however, that the transmission of data on the Internet (e.g. by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

We use Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIp()”. This shortens the IP addresses (so-called IP masking). A reference to certain persons can be excluded. Google participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. This means that even in the exceptional cases in which Google transfers personal data to the USA, there is an appropriate level of data protection.

The legal basis for the processing of data with the aid of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

      8. Links on social media

At the moment our website does not contain any links to social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. As soon as we link our website to one or more of these networks, we will adapt this privacy article accordingly.
